For the best results, follow these tips when taking your pet's photo. If your pet is deceased and you are unable to follow the criteria, please provide several images and we will do our best to create something that will make a wonderful commemoration of your pet. 
 

• Aim for close-up photos for the most detail
• Take the photo at eye-level of your pet
• Do not use a flash and aim for natural daylight
• Make sure your pet's whole face and ears are in the photo

Pet Canvas Co.™ offers free shipping with all orders. Once you approve your artwork proof, your item will be printed onto a canvas and shipped to your door in approximately 5-8 business days.

Since all orders are unique and personalized pieces of art, we do not accept returns; however we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the your item, we will redo and replace the item free of charge. Likewise, if your canvas gets damaged during shipping, we will redo and replace the item free of charge.
